About Project

Sweethome.am is a real estate marketplace that connects buyers and sellers through an intuitive, user-friendly platform. As the lead and architect of this project, I played a pivotal role in shaping its overall structure, ensuring it met both user and business needs. Additionally, I contributed to the branding of the platform, helping it stand out in a competitive market.

My Role & Contributions

In this project, I was responsible for designing the architecture and leading the development process. I worked closely with the team to implement key features, ensuring scalability and efficiency. I also made significant contributions to branding, creating a visual identity that aligned with the platform’s mission.

Key Features and Problem-Solving

01. Complex Product Listing System: Built a large, multi-step system for listing properties. Given the complexity of real estate data, this feature ensured a smooth and organized process for users to add detailed information about their apartments and properties.

02. Map-based Search Feature: Created a beautiful and functional map-based search system, allowing users to find properties based on location. We designed a custom map that added both usability and aesthetic value to the platform.

03. Emailing System: Developed a robust emailing system that allows users to communicate seamlessly with each other.

04. Payment Systems Integration: Integrated secure payment gateways into the platform, enabling smooth financial transactions between buyers and sellers. This ensured that users could easily complete their property purchases and rentals online, enhancing the platform’s usability and trustworthiness.
