About Project

I worked as a Senior Full Stack PHP Developer on a CRM system designed for insurance agents based in Germany and Belgium. The platform helped agents efficiently manage their clients, appointments, and communications. My contributions were crucial in enhancing the system’s functionality by integrating email and calendar synchronization, optimizing large data handling, and implementing user-friendly features.

My Role & Contributions

In this project, I played a key role in developing and enhancing the CRM system. My primary responsibility was implementing the email and calendar synchronization features, ensuring seamless integration between the platform and external services like Gmail, Yahoo, and others. I also worked on optimizing the system's performance, particularly when handling large datasets, and contributed to the development of user-friendly features with Vue.js. Additionally, I worked with AWS to securely store email attachments and used Vagrant to connect to remote servers, improving deployment and testing consistency.

Key Features and Problem-Solving

01. Email and Calendar Synchronization: Implemented seamless synchronization between the CRM and third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo), enabling real-time updates for emails and calendar events.

02. Email Features with Vue.js: Developed email management tools, integrating them within the CRM interface to enhance the user experience and ease of communication.

03. AWS File Storage Integration: Integrated AWS for secure file storage of email attachments, ensuring reliable access and scalability.

04. CRM Agenda and User Experience: Designed and developed an intuitive agenda system within the CRM, enabling insurance agents to manage appointments and client interactions with ease.
